Set-price Contract

Our skilled team of restoration estimators/supervisors stands ready to provide a detailed survey and estimate of damages caused by fire, wind, water, vehicle damage, earthquake, lightning, vandalism and general building renovation.

A specification for repairs will be provided to you and your insurance representative, initiating a sense of organization and calm into what can be an unsettling and catastrophic event. Repair or replacement of each building component is listed in a simple, straightforward manner to better provide you with a positive understanding of what is hopefully only a once-in-a-lifetime-claim experience.

Construction Management

The advent of the construction management format has changed the way many industrial and commercial projects are handled. Burton Brothers has been offering restoration services in the construction management format since 1985. This allows the customer to take advantage of our expertise in restoration, while still using many of the subcontractors that they would use in a normal construction setting. Our crews are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year for your emergency needs.
