Splash Universe Water Park Resorts Holiday Inn Express

When Tornados struck Dundee, Michigan one early spring morning, Burton Brothers was called in to access damage and perform temporary repairs. Our rapid response team was called in. They quickly established temporary power allowing for roof framing and temporary roof cover. Immediate, dangerous situations were addressed for safety concerns and to prevent further damage from all areas. Plans for clean up of all debris from outside common areas, pool area, and parking lots devised and completed within 48 hours. Interior environmental concerns were addressed with the rapid drying process that mitigated bacteria, and mold.

Nestle Corporation (Arrowhead Springs)

Ontario, California
Water pipeline damaged by wild fires and mudslides. Spring water tapped from the top of a mountain and piped down through steel tubes became damaged. Eight miles of steel piping, spring houses, antennas and solar panels were inspected and deemed for replacement or repair. Helicopters hired for difficult delivery of replacement components, tools, workers, and finally re inspection of the pipeline before reactivation of water surge.

Fire damaged 3 units of this upscale condominium. ***Quick response from our 24 hour emergency board up service allowed heat to be restored and which minimized the damage in the dead of winter. Full restoration was then performed upgrading to the latest building codes for management and updating designs to the delight of the homeowner.

Grand Blanc Processing Plant

Grand Blanc, Michigan, Genesee County
Chemical Explosion at Grand Blanc Procession Plant. Burton Brothers estimated the damages, and coordinated repairs which included cleaning of all machinery, replacement of electrical feeders, repaired mechanically fastened roof, cleaned and painted concrete walls. Partial production for the plant was made available during reconstruction providing full capacity in just three weeks. $1,500,000 Project

Payne-Pulliam Career Center

Vandalism stopped operations offered by this non-profit career center which provides programs for Work First, PAL, and WIA. Burton Brothers General Contractors 24 hour board up service came out and provided safety to the remaining elements. Then restored the building to fully operational capacity. $18,000 Project

Fire completely destroyed this landmark restaurant in Bloomfield HIlls. Burton Brothers rebuilt in record time allowing business interruption kept to a minimum. As with all Burton Brothers rebuild projects, building code compliance is strictly adhered to. The restaurant was back preparing their delicious meals in their beautifully remodeled kitchen and dining room in record time. $3,000,000 Project

Ground Zero

Burton Brothers is proud to have provided professional assistance in the assessment of damage of the Millennium Hotel, Merrill Lynch and Dow Jones Buildings. Burton Brothers also served as the lead consultant for properties controlled by the New York Port Authority. Working at round Zero as well as the underground retail, parking, and subway tunnels provided a grim reminder of our vulnerability but also made us proud to assist in rebuilding a symbol of our freedom.
