Water pipeline damaged by wild fires and mudslides. Spring water tapped from the top of a mountain and piped down through steel tubes became damaged. Eight miles of steel piping, spring houses, antennas and solar panels were inspected and deemed for replacement or repair.

Reconstructed in a remarkable 6 month period. "My house burned down in November 2007. Burton Brothers General Contractors, L.C. came out and assessed it and declared it a total loss.
