Terry's success is based in part on his time spent "in the field", where he gained invaluable hands on experience. His estimating skills are enhanced by the fact that he has actually performed most of the work contained in the scope of repairs.

Terry specializes in residential projects that have been damaged by fire, explosion, collapses and wind storm damage. He has been involved in many commerical and industrial projects such as carpet factories, malls, surveying and estimating damages to eight miles of pipeline in California after mud slides, and restoration of damaged silos in Iowa.

He is an avid and extreme hunter, paintballer, and enjoys time spent with family.
